What is Fitness First?

Fitness First is a premiere private training facility that provides a personal, non-competitive, stimulating atmosphere, where staff members educate and train clientele in areas of strength training, conditioning, flexibility, and nutrition.

 

Who Does Fitness First Train?

Fitness First is for people of all ages, gender and ability levels, ranging from the competitive athlete to the casual exerciser.  Clients will be treated as individuals who are interested in improving in a classy, peaceful and non-competitive setting.

 

Why Fitness First?

Fitness First provides results for its clients, without the impersonal atmosphere of a commercial club.  Customers will be challenged and motivated by not only having their bodies trained, but also by having their minds educated about fitness and wellness.

 

How is Fitness First Different?

Fitness First is different than your ordinary health club or gym, not just for the private intimate setting, but also because Fitness First's training is based on scientific fundamentals of fitness.  The staff at Fitness First uses an intense combination of biomechanically correct exercise and nutrition education, to build a lean, strong, energetic body.  The protocols and methods used at Fitness First are above and beyond what you will find at a "cookie cutter" gym.  Fitness First uses a proven, systematic, scientific approach to fitness.

 

The Services:

At Fitness First clients receive complete education on the fundamentals of fitness, nutrition, exercise physiology and biomechanics within a safe individualized exercise program.  All services conducted within our facility are provided on an appointment only basis.  For your convenience, trainers are available a variety of times including mornings, nights and weekends.
