Fitness Diaries

Fitness First trains people of all ages, gender and ability levels, from the competitive athlete to the casual exerciser. We also work with pre- and post-operative patients on strengthening and rehabilitation. Each month we profile the personal experiences of actual Fitness First clients and condense these experiences in a "Fitness Diary". These diaries are published monthly in various publications.
