*Personal One-On-One Fitness Training*

In this program, clients will receive a complete consultation to evaluate their fitness goals and objectives. The highly educated staff at Fitness First will then develop a program specifically designed to meet each individual client's goals. Clients are trained directly by a staff member, being educated and monitored through each and every step of the program. This is a program in which clients are guaranteed one-to-one training sessions with a highly qualified trainer.

 

*Personalized Fitness Training*

The program design following the initial consultation is similar to the one-on-one training service. Clients are trained directly by a staff member, however, Fitness First Staff reserves the right to overlap clients within their training session. The ratio will never be more diluted than thee clients per one staff member.

 

*Athletic and Non-Athletic Injury*

Rehabilitation Program

For athletic or non-athletic related injury, this program bridges the gap between in-clinic physical therapy and return to normal daily activities or high-intensity sport activities. Clients work out in a controlled environment to improve strength, flexibility, endurance and the functional skills necessary to possess confidence in reducing the likelihood of re-injury.

 

 

*Group Personal Training Classes*

One of the newest and most affordable ways to use a personal trainer, this program includes the same quality instruction with the added incentive of social interaction. Great for women, athletic teams and seniors, or those individuals who long to workout with family or friends for fun and fitness!                                                 ( Minimum of 5 people per class    12 weeks 2x per week)

 

 

*Nutritional Advisement ( 3 meetings )*

Nutrition is a vital component to health, well being and overall fitness. This is a program that dispels many of the myths and misconceptions regarding healthy nutrition. Clients are educated on how to make good choices and implementing those choices for a lifetime of healthy eating. Unlike other programs that end up leaving people dependent upon certain pre-packaged foods, the nutritional advisement program at Fitness First is based upon education and becoming self-sufficient in making healthy food choices. This is not a diet, but a transformation into lifelong healthy nutrition.
